Performance of my new/additional investments made in 2016 and 2017 昨年と今年行った新規・追加投資のパフォーマンス

How are you?  Today I would like to review my investments in 2016 and 2017. In 2016 I invested $54,522 into 22 stocks. Although I realized 49.18% loss out of my investment in SSW, I have 22.75% unrealized gain and YOC of my new investment portfolio for 2916 is 4%. Only two positions VGR and CLDT have unrealized loss. On the whole pretty good outcome.

On the other hand, since the beginning of this year I have invested $15,516 into 7 stocks. I already realized 12.30% loss from my investment in LB.  Although only 4 positions including KMB, WSM, PCEF and PSHD have unrealized gain, as a whole my new investment portfolio for 2017 has 9.43% unrealized gain and its YOC is 3.50%. Just OK.

本日は2016年と2017年に実施した新規ならびに追加投資のパフォーマンスを振り返ってみます。の米国株式投資を振り返ってみました。2016年は総額で54,552ドル投資し、現状22％の含み益があります。これから1年の受取予定配当は税前で総額2,204ドルで投下資本に対する配当利回りは4%です。しかし、SSWを損切りし、49％の実現損失を出しています。

一方2017年ですが、15,516ドル投資して、現状9.4％の含み益があります。これから1年の受取予定配当は税前で総額543ドルで投下資本に対する配当利回りは3.5%です。しかし、LBを損切りし、12％の実現損失を出しています。
