It is friday night. I could survide this week again.
By the way, this week I received the following gross dividends.
- $39 from Cisco Systems (CSCO)
- $16.5 from Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT)
While my investment in CSCO is successful, I have about 10% unrealized loss on my position in CLDT.
With these, my gross dividend income for October has amounted to $686.46 which is $151.16 less YOY.

読者の皆さん、日付はもう土曜日ですが、今週も仕事が終わりました。日曜日の夕方までぐらいは仕事を忘れて楽しめそうです。こういうている間に、シスコシステムとホテル系REITであるCLDTから配当金が入金されました。いずれも税引き前ですが、39ドル、16.5ドルでした。ちなみに後者は毎月配当されます。今回が初の配当金入金だったのですが、早くも10%超の含み損が発生しています。
